LWBC Mongolia again this morning; I'm surprised it has been heard at all
this late, not to mention at decent level. 164 the best today, poor/weak
level 1220 utc. 209 very poor, 227 poor at times. Lots of MW hets but no
audio on a quick scan, same time. Far East Russia good on 153, 180, 189,
234; only poor on 171 and 279 around the same time.
