171 Morocco even better tonight, hitting S7 on peaks, S5 on
dips--medium/loud, cutting through the static crashes, 0425 utc. 153 Algeria
poor same time. MW has occasional medium het on 783, poor hets on 999 and
1575, nothing on 1134 or 1215 at the moment.
