I have a friend who went through about 3gigabytes in less then a week,
and he was just surfing a bunch of sites.

Keep a close eye on it, if you get it.. download a bandwith meter too,
it'll show you what you've used up so far.

Another tip, even if you're not on the computer, unplug the broadband
card when not in use.. an idle computer still uses up some resources.
