Have the ewe in the NE direction at 0313 utc and receiving a level 4 carrier.
Hoping for good reception and have the sound recorder ready to go. Walt & Kevin
requested the waive file. Sounds like some threshold audio is going through on
1710 kHz at 0316 utc.
