Was up briefly at 1135UT this morning for some radio listening. Not much there, but did have weak audio on 828. Although audible on both the north and west Flags, this didn't seem to be Japan, sounded more like a man giving a speech or sermon, could have been Tagalog, and along with approximately 290 degree bearing points to the Philippines.
