George, Take a look here: http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/disputes.html In your case the item you received was "significantly not as described in the listing". You can open a case, communicate with the seller (do everything through ebay's email system, not via private emails), and seek a resolution. Typically you ship the radio back and get a full refund on purchase + 1-way shipping price. You can also try to get a full refund without sending the radio back, since you are going to trash it. If this doesn't work, you should file a dispute with Paypal to get your money back. I think Ebay policy may have changed recently in that you can just file a dispute with Ebay now (not Paypal), and they will take care of the refund. Paul
