Pat, After going out to lunch with my wife I planned on driving by the 1520 KGDD antenna site. Turned the radio on and they were back on the air. KGDD is within a 1/2 mile of KEX antennas. A listener wrote on the PDX Portland radio forum that 1040 KXPD was broadcasting on 1000 kHz around 7:30 PM Wednesday evening, at 8 PM they sign off.
