Music in English and a lady in Spanish sounds like Los Cuarenta Principales format ... sort of a Radio Disney pace ... rather than Radio Fiesta, which plays more traditional Mexican music. XESD, León, Guanajuato, has been heard here in North Texas with Los 40 Principales ... It's licensed 10,000 day, 100 night ... but 100 night is meaningless in Mexican station reality.
