At the start, for the first time since spring 171 was noted with Radio
Rossii audio, along with the other 5 usually heard (153, 180, 189, 234,
279), around 1205 utc. I guess this is a sure sign that the fall/winter
season is arriving. Yesterday had a good het on 164 Mongolia, close but not
quite at audio level.
Last night had some hets on several TA LWBC frequencies, with 171 the best,
but the very high static even early in the evening was a hindrance.
MW DU reception was decent on a couple of frequencies, as has been the case
most every morning the past several weeks. 828 and 891 were the best this
morning, at weak/medium level for a short while, around 1305-1315 utc. 891
was the last to fade away. 549, 648, 774 all DU at poor levels.
