I'm getting quite strong Chinese language under KPUG during dawn enhancement around 13:05 to past 13:11 and easy to copy under KPUG Bellingham which is just a few miles from here. Possibilities include VOA Poro, or a domestic in CC, or KJNP Alaska. Any ideas out there?
