John, That's right, I never have sent a report to the 1170 FS. I think I have it on cassette somewhere, but I missed that one. I missed WGY 810 for years and years too. Back in the 90s, I finally sent a report and QSL'd them. So once in a while one is lost in the cracks. hi. Sometimes, if a person asks, they can get a QSL out of a non verifier. I think that has been the issue with KBS. It took a lot of reports and I finally QSL'd Vietnam 675 along with a SW report. 549, they have not resonded to. I do have the old 1010 FS in VV QSL'd from the 80s though. But QSLing does take a lot work.
