KRLC was around when I started DXing in the mid-60's, so it's hardly new.
It seems odd that it's not listed in the NRC log. At one time (and maybe
still), it was licensed to Lewiston, Idaho-Clarkston, Washington, making
it not only a dual city license but two states as well.
