The fun of Perseus is that I can go back and check your loggings from mine.  
Sure enough KICY was in at excellent level at 13:00.  KICY 850 did fade down, 
but at 13:02 here.  No luck on 819, but I was on the wrong antenna (aimed 60 
deg).  At 13:00:30, though, I can now clearly hear the usual North Korean 
strident banter!  So it was there!  No joy for 999.  KOMO is just too strong 
here.  981 was just barely audible.  855.05 was there at fair level.  Doesn't 
seem to be as strong as last season.  1071 is impossible due to CFAX.  780 had 
IDs first for KKOH, and a moment later for KNOM, Nome.  ...Walt in Victoria.
