A few minutes after sending the TA carrier report
1134 rose up with some fair audio for about
30 seconds at 0445 utc. A woman talking along with music
in background. Seems to be the most consistent
TA here since Norway 1314 went off the air.
Heard last season on the E-100 barefoot.
