Was awake at dawn - but opted for the comfort of the comforter. Hawaii countdown begins - going to be in Kona from Nov 6 til Nov 26 AND we are having a mini-summit in Kona... currently being attended by Walter Salmaniw and yours truly... on November 25, 2009 I believe.
