I think 9/30 or 10/1, they had 2 men in English, lots of silly stuff like drunk
or pretending, used lang like sh__ and cr__. Making fun of their barely above
freezing weather, first calling it patio weather, then Mexican weather. At 3:12
CDT it ended with informal ID: the voice of multi-culturalism, chin 1540 & 91.9
FM.
I don't know how much they knew in advance they would be testing, but with even
several hours notice info could have been sent e-mail to group. It was way over
KXEL when normally they are way under. 73, George S., MN
