Happy to see that the your electric power company was able to find the noise source. The two ground rods near a power pole about 200 yards from my backyard is being used to hold up some yellow caution tape surrounding a hole at the power pole. The tape has the words "fiber optic cable" and this cable is being hung on the power poles. Lately a little noise problem has been noticed. I hope that Clark Utilities has the same service as Pat's power company.
