Snagged another one (and a new country for me), matching it up with the
web stream. Pretty long delay on the web. The signal on 1161 would
pop up to a pretty good level and then totally vanish for several
minutes. A lot of the signals are doing that type of thing
tonight,unlike the solid signals observed last night.
