Today, I received a QSL letter from a Canadian COast Guard station, and he returned the mist Canadian stamps I included for return postage with a note that said "These stamps are only good if used in the USA".
What's that all about? These were ordered only a couple weeks ago from DX Stamp Service, so I would presume they're still "good". Thanx and 73, J.D.
