Thanks Mike;

The site that you mentioned is great if you know the lat/lon at both
ends.  The dxfm.com spreadsheets are great because you only have to know
yours.  The excel file has the lat/lon data populated for the stations.
I believe that he has sheets for US, Canadian, Mexican (IIRC) and a
"Western Hemisphere" one for most modes (AM, FM and TV).  Those are sure
nice to have!
