11-24-09 0800 PST Victoria BC. 700 this morning was occupied by the sports
station in Utah.No sign of the Oregonian from yesterday Also,last night I
wasn't sure of which Freq I was tuned into but I heard what sounded like a test
signal somewhere in the 1300s.Did anyone else run across this between 23 and 00
PST? Sorry for not having better info.Bill in BC
