They're going to need every last one of those 25,000 watts during the day. Their towers are extremely short for 1130; only 130 feet (53.7 degrees electrical height).
I have a nifty spreadsheet that converts tower height to degrees electrical height and other very similar calculations for towers. If anyone would like it write me direct.
