Listened from 1534-1550 and for a few minutes after 1600. Conditions were
erratic, with poor average strength, but with fade ups, and with a couple of
unusual channels showing weak audio. Again was wondering if NHK2 had already
signed off, as 774 and 828 had good carriers at times with no audio.

pretty darn good audio, at least briefly (all of it understandable by a native
speaker)

none

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker,
though often battling w/splash or noise):

279 R. Rossii
594 JOAK
972 HLCA quite consistent with strong carrier

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could
be understood by a native speaker

1503 JOUK //594 at 1609UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

153 seemed //279, so R. Rossii
603 no parallel, but HLSA?
1008
1134
1143
1422
1566 HLAZ, CC sounding talk at 1545UT, excellent carrier
1575 even though a good carrier, this was best audio; had a SAH (Farda?) on N.
Flag

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

774, 828, 1215 (Asia)

best wishes,

Nick
