It looks like sunset in Tokyo is currently around 0800 UTC (0753 per one site). So, it appears to be a post-sunset boost, since 0900-1000 UTC is one to two hours past sunset - perhaps that layer of the ionosphere around the transmitter has to completely dissolve for the TPs to get through this time of year? Korean sunset is a couple hours earlier, so Korean "prime time" should start at around 11 pm our time and run through midnight. And, DU's are a couple hours after Tokyo. So, in theory, we should be staying up all night!!!
