After a long absence, I spent a few minutes at the dials and agree that 
conditions were not too shabby this morning.  All the JJ 1st tier stations 
seemed to be there, as was HLAZ on 1566.  1575 at threshold only.  All this 
around 15:07 UTC....Walt
