Tuned the Ford Escape radio to 1100 kHz around 3:00 PM PST this afternoon and heard to guys talking sports. Heard at a fair level for about two minutes, then KFAX took the channel over. Checked the NRC AM Radio Log and the only station I come up with is KWWN Las Vegas, NV. They carry ESPN sports. On the home radio KFAX is dominant on 1100. Also in the Escape KLIV 1590 was heard with a ID. Not bad for 2 hours before sunset. KTRP 1130 was also heard testing with tone during this period.
