If the DX Wizard of Seaside says that, what hope do the rest of us have, hi 774 actually delivered a few moments of reasonable audio here, but otherwise things were pretty spotty. 594 and 972 had recognizable language at peaks, and 828 and 639 delivered mumblings in the murk. This from checks at 1430, 1500 and 1545UT.
