An underpowered but interesting morning. Most of the action was at the top of the band, and almost all Japanese. Best DX was a relog of NHK2 on 1512. Matsuyama is listed in PAL as 5 kw directional, but don't know in what direction, and there are others at lower power. Listened from 1525 to 1545 UT.
