Walt, The tip also goes to Nancy (WDXR) and the IRCA has always used Eastern Time for domestic tips. We have discussed that many times within the club as some of us, myself included would like to move everything to UTC. But the domestic DXers are for leaving things as they are. So for DXWW-West and DXWW-East we use UTC, for Domestic DX it is the Eastern.
