Mike, Amador Bustos is in control of the station in the test mode. Portland has nothing to do with it as yet, so I doubt a test could be set up now. I don't know the company that is even handling the testing. But often it is there at night of late with 25KW. If you can get an ID, you could send a report, I am sure. They seem very friendly.
