Interesting with Avtoradio Vancouver on 650 signing-on at 22:00 local (06:00 UTC) tonight with many Avtoradio Vancouver IDs in Russian announcing that they're starting their transmission. Not clear how long they'll be broadcasting. Possibly overnight only? ....Walt Salmaniw, Victoria, BC
