[IRCA] 1710 kHz Pirate Vancouver, WA

Pat,

When we heard them today it was Russian language. I did not
notice and religious programing.  Probably listened for 
1/2 hour.  Man was talking between music selections.  Heard
very weak at home before we when searching for the station.
Heard first time yesterday.
