Definitely a disappointment after the last few mornings. A quick listen at 1345UT looked promising, but by 1410, things were heading downhill, with a bit a spike on a few upper band signals after 1430UT
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly): 594 JOAK 774 JOUB reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise): 567 JOIK//594 747 JOIB 828 JOBB not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker 279 R.
