Website Northwest Broadcasters reports(with FCC info) that KONP Port Angeles
,Wa is relocating it's single tower from the waterfront at almost sea level to
a higher location if the somewhat undetailed map shows a move to the south a
mile or so to the upper level way from downtown where highway 101 bypasses the
city.The move is planned with a night time power reduction from 1KW to .91 KW
while day power remains as is.I wonder if the move will go uninterrupted or if
they will be off air for a bit.No details about when this will occur.Does
anyone out there have any other info on this? Bill in BC
