This off frequency station is strong this evening with strong het
and even had some clear audio (sports talk) while tuned to
1289.74Khz. Suspect this may be WKLJ from Sparta,
Wisc.
Mauno Ritoa from Finland used the
remote tuner in southern Wisconsin to capture a spectrum which shows
them about 260 Hz low.
Can anyone closer
(Madison area) confirm this is WKLJ.
