This TIS started up about a year ago, and is 24/7 here on Bainbridge
Island, since it's only about 11 miles away.  At night it generally gives
way to CBC-Saskatchewan, but certainly has put a damper on Mexico and
other targets of interest, depending on conditions.  On the bright side, I
know what effect animal waste has on the storm drain system in Burien, and
also how to reserve conference room space in their City Hall...
