WDOR does make it to Woodbury, MN at night every once in awhile more so

Great catch! I visited this station a couple months ago. It's well
nigh impossible to hear from here (just outside Milwaukee) with WOKY
920's IBOC. But, for your records, it's Sturgeon Bay, not Sturgeon
Falls.
