WCRL does have 64 watts at night and I do think they use it. Your sentence
implied they have no night power and shouldn't be on 24/7. Their translator,
W237DH stays on 24/7.

WCRL AM outlet seems to be on, as no mention of it was made. This station
has been on 24/7 for the past 8 days. At times they do mention the AM during
an ID and sometimes they don't.
