How did you decide that it is a single device, and that BPL is responsible? I 
didn't see that info in your report.

 
Have you taken a look at BPL test results? Here's a leading page: 
http://plt.g7cnf.me.uk/compliance2.htm . In the figures, you'll see that they 
don't use the frequencies below 2 MHZ. As with any transmitter, some distortion 
products and spurs are transmitted on other frequencies but they are going to 
be very small in relation to the main signal. I'm theorizing, but with the 
powerful signal of 1070 it seems unlikely that a slight bit of distortion from 
one unit would be enough to bother 1070.


Could there be another, as yet unknown cause of the interference?
