KTRO 910 kHz Vancouver, WA has changed call letter to KKSN. Date of the change was 05/28/2010. KTRO Talk Radio Oregon has been ESPN Deportes Spanish sports for over a year. KKSN call letters were issued originally 02/11/1980 and also 04/01/1998, 04/29/2005. Many people on the Portland PDX forum are hoping for a format change to oldies.
