Tried for the KEVT test early this morning and WPHT Philly was too strong. Did 
hear some EE way underneath looped NW-SE, but at 300am EDT, could not grab an 
ID, any thoughts on who it might be? Did hear some woman singing leading up to 
the top of the hour.
