Pretty nice audible carrier this evening on 1566 in Victoria, though with lots of Doppler smearing, best on the ALA100, fading down at 0540UT, pretty much right at Parakou sunrise.
A good Spectran trace remains on 783, with moments of "barely there" audible het.
