891 had a nice fade up very briefly to medium level for one station, presume
5AN, DU talk, with another weaker station playing oldies with "Fever" female
vocal, poor underneath at 1300 utc.
LWBC Far East Russia, Radio Rossii weak 153, 180, 189, 234, 279 at 1200 utc.
