It was in very strong here at 1910 local, presumably just before power change, with "La Mexicana", with CKWX only lightly phased. Now at 2000 local, not a sign of them, so the 490 watts is doing about as poorly as expected. Ah well, a new station is a new station! Plus, this indicates they won't be too much of a pest:-)
