An Ontario AM wins a temporary reprieve from a Canadian court.

The station is St. Catharines-licensed CHSC (1220), which was handed the
ultimate penalty (loss of license) for flouting its license conditions. CHSC
is supposed to serve the local community around St. Catharines, not the
Italian community toward Toronto. Licensee Pellpropco went to court, and a
judge will allow it to appeal the decision that ordered it to sign off on
August 31.
