I tried for this, and nothing remotely close. French station in Ottawa ON 
doesn't help. But I suspect it's not in my direction. Argentina would be nice...

  A couple of the Newfoundland DXpeditions reported Argentina on this 
frequency; John Bryant also heard it from Easter Island.  A long shot, but with 
your equipment, I don't rule out anything.  KHPY aims nearly everything toward 
the Pacific.  Shawn Axelrod in Winnipeg, as well as Wayne Heinen and John 
Wilkins in the Denver area, are the Easternmost guys I can remember hearing it. 
 You've sure got *something* exotic, whatever it is!
