Listened from 1255-1330 utc and TP's were very poor like the last two days.
All carriers and audio was on the bottom part of the band with no carriers
above 828. The only audio was from Russia on 279 and JOUB-774. Interesting
Russia on 279 was much better than Japan on 774.
