Listened from 1305-1325 utc and conditions were still poor but a few more
stations with audio. All audio and carriers were on the bottom part of the
band with nothing heard above 972.
279 Russia very poor at 1311 utc.
657 Korea poor at 1317 utc.
693 Japan just above the noise level at 1315 utc.
774 Japan poor at 1317 utc.
