Gary, your observations far exceeded mine. I've been away for a few days in the interior of B.C., but I was back at the dials this morning between 13:45 and 14:15. Overall, a real stinker! I was virtually totally skunked until around 14:00, when a few signals began to fade up. Before then, I only had weak audio on 189 and 529 (SQM). Here are my results, with "6" unless otherwise noted. SF was 87, A5, and K2:
189 529: 6.5 567 594: DU at 14:10 at 7 level 603, 639, 747 774: Snippets of DU audio at 14:09, and then JJ at 7 level at 14:17. 1548 Really, that was it!!! I keep thinking that there must be something wrong with my antenna system. I have the W/NW directed corner fed loop, and a super ALA loop aimed 20/200 degrees. I also had the last several days recording at 14:00 for 5 minutes with the Perseus, and, again, I was not too impressed with what I heard.
