Listened from 1303-1345 utc and conditions was way up from yesterday but I did
have a lot of noise. All carriers and audio was on the bottom part of the band
with nothing above 972. At first not much was heard with only JOUB-774 in
audio but at sunrise the other stations were heard but they were just above the
very high noise level today.
